Threadhopping with this character?: I'm generally okay with it, just ask permission first.

Backtagging with this character?: Go for it. Just try not to use it as a crutch.

Hugging this character?: Unless you are very, very good friends with her, I highly suggest avoiding this. Unless your character was looking to eat a fireball.

Giving this character a kiss?: Same as above, except with bigger fireballs. Really close friends will get a bucket of tsun and a couple insults, instead.

Something more intimate?: Nope nope nope nope

Relationships?: Unless you're a book, she's not interested in getting that intimate with you.

Punching this character: Dude. You punch little girls? You're getting one right back, just as hard. You monster.

Injury?: Rita rarely shies away from a fight. She's probably going to get roughed up a bit. Scrapes/bruises and the like are totally fine, but anything worse we need to discuss first.

Death?: Not likely to happen any time soon.

Is there anything you do not want mentioned near this character?: She doesn't hold back anything. She doesn't expect you to, either.

Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character?: Rita is the champion of tsundere and a super genius. She's also a total recluse, and avoids human interaction like the plague. It'll take some work to pull her out of her shell, and she'll probably come out kicking and screaming. Literally.
